2020 has really put a dent into any exercise efforts you may have had while trying to juggle kids, work, home life, and endless piles of dishes.
How many Zoom classes did you attend before you got too annoyed with the timing of the class exactly at the same time your 3-year old would have a complete meltdown?
Instead of giving up on our self-care and not giving our body the love it needs to feel alive and thrive, we change our routine. Instead of running to our favorite yoga studio, we bring the studio home!
We exercise at home in the midst of our messy living room, in our PJs, and with little or no equipment at all. You will see, with my unique blend of Yoga, Pilates, Barre, and Plyometrics (that’s just a fancy word for jumps :-)), you don’t need all those machines at the gym! You can get stronger and feel more energetic using just your bodyweight or small home-equipment.
