Who has time to go to the gym or a class?
As a mom of a 4-year old toddler I understand how little time there is for any kind of self-care and usually exercise is the first thing to go! Sadly, exercise is what makes us feel stronger, both mentally and physically, to cope with the challenges of motherhood. So what can we do?
We exercise at home in the midst of our messy living room, in our PJs, and with little or no equipment at all. You will see, with my unique blend of Yoga, Pilates, Barre, and Plyometrics (that’s just a fancy word for jumps :-)), you don’t need all those machines at the gym! You can get stronger and feel more energetic using just your bodyweight or small home-equipment.
