New Year's resolutions suck! By the second week of January 60% of us have abandoned our resolutions - you know, those ones you made half-drunk when midnight finally rolled around on December 31st.
Instead, come and join me for a 90-minute class to move your body and process 2020, let it go, and set yourself up for an amazing 2021. We will set goals for all seven areas of your life and break the goals down into action steps you can start taking today. When you have a plan you feel in control over your destiny - even when shit hits the fan like it did last year.
We move, we meditate, and we journal together. You will need:
- A mat or soft-carpeted area.
- A few pillows and a blanket to make you cozy.
- A journal, notebook, or piece of paper and a pen.
- A cup of tea or coffee is optional.
- And anything else you might want to bring along that you want to release and bring into your new year such as photos, crystals, mala beads, etc. This is also completely optional.
